**Principales activités**

L’Administrateur, Systèmes de planification des ressources d'entreprise, doit:

- S’occuper du soutien technique, de la gestion d’incidents et du flux de traitement des requêtes pour tous les systèmes de planification des ressources d'entreprise, en s’assurant de suivre les pratiques exemplaires.
- Analyser les erreurs de système, offrir du dépannage, résoudre les problèmes et en informer les fournisseurs au besoin.
- Effectuer des tâches liées à l’accès des utilisateurs et à l’attribution des rôles.
- Aider au développement de rapports standards pour les besoins constants de la clientèle.
- Donner du soutien, quand c’est nécessaire, aux équipes de projet pendant les mises à jour et les améliorations.
- Suivre strictement les normes de documentation pour tous les incidents.
- Respecter l’ensemble des contrôles généraux des TI en assurant la production de rapports de conformité et en participant directement à un cadre défini de gestion des incidents.
- Suivre les pratiques exemplaires en gestion des services TI et en gestion des biens dans le respect des procédures opérationnelles normalisées et des normes de qualité pour le procédé et le produit.
- Développer des procédures opérationnelles sécuritaires et de la documentation et s’assurer que la documentation existante est à jour et organisée.
- Participer à la rotation de diverses tâches (en disponibilité ou sur appel) en fonction des besoins de l’entreprise.
- Effectuer des tâches administratives au besoin.
- Se tenir au courant des technologies émergentes.

**Compétences et habiletés**
- Connaissances avérées en programmation SQL.
- Connaissances et expérience éprouvées en ce qui concerne les systèmes de planification des ressources d’entreprise et la structure des bases de données.
- Capacité d’apporter un soutien et un dépannage constants, d’analyser les causes premières et de gérer les problèmes.
- Excellentes capacités de création et d’analyse.
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, proactive et autonome.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, tant à l’oral qu'à l’écrit ou dans le cadre de présentations.
- Motivation, créativité et esprit innovateur sachant se prévaloir des ressources à disposition.
- Esprit d’équipe
- Bilinguisme français et anglais

**Qualifications**

**_Expérience _**
- Trois ans ou plus d’expérience avec des systèmes d’information progressifs, le déploiement d’un système de planification des ressources d’entreprise ou la prestation de services connexes.
- Expérience avec le logiciel Yardi, un atout.
- Expérience avec le logiciel PointClickCare, un atout.
- Expérience relative à l’ensemble du cycle comptable, un atout.
- Connaissance pratique des procédés de gestion des relations avec la clientèle, un atout.
- Connaissance pratique des procédés relatifs aux dossiers médicaux électroniques, un atout.
- Expérience dans le domaine des résidences pour aînés, des soins médicaux, de l’immobilier ou des entreprises multisites, un atout.

**_Scolarité _**
- Diplôme collégial ou universitaire en informatique, en systèmes de gestion de l’information, en administration de logiciels ou l’équivalent.
- Certification ITIL ou connaissances sur les bibliothèques d’infrastructure des TI, un atout.

**Exigences particulières**
- Disponibilité pour des heures de travail inhabituelles et souplesse quant aux jours de travail.
- Disposition à travailler des heures irrégulières pendant les périodes de pointe.
- Présence occasionnelle aux bureaux administratifs et/ou aux résidences.

**Key Activities**:
The System Administrator, ERP must.
- Provide technical help, support, and management of the incident and request workflow for all ERP systems, ensuring best practices are being followed.
- Review, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate system errors and issues to the system vendor when necessary.
- Perform user access and role provisioning related tasks.
- Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Provide support when needed to project teams during upgrades and enhancements.
- Follow strict adherence to documentation standards for all incidents.
- Follow strict adherence to all IT general controls, supporting compliance reporting and directly participating in a disciplined incident management framework.
- Follow IT Service Management and Asset Management best practices, following operating procedures, adhering to standards of quality (process and product)
- Develop SOP's and documentation and ensure existing documentation is up to date and organized.
- Participate in rotational standby/on-call duties as needed.
- Perform administrative tasks as required.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies.
