As a Spa Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our spa facilities are clean, organized, and ready to welcome clients. Your specific responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients and checking them in for their appointments
- Preparing the spa facilities by ensuring that all supplies and equipment are available and properly laid out
- Preparing the sauna and steam room, including starting the fire, maintaining the woodstove, and pre-heating the room to the proper temperature
- Overseeing the cleanliness and sanitization of the premises and ensuring that waste materials are properly disposed of
- Responding to guest inquiries and providing information both in-person and over the phone
- Replenishing supplies required for massages, facials, and manicures on a regular basis
- Coordinating efforts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment
- Distributing linen such as fresh sheets and towels in treatment rooms and assisting with laundry duties, such as washing and drying towels and aprons
- Sanitizing bathrooms, grooming rooms, and wet areas according to spa management standards
- Instructing clients on where they can change their clothes and assigning lockers to them
- Assuming responsibility for opening and closing the spa at designated times
- Assisting the Sauna-Master during steam room treatments
- Assisting licensed therapists and beauticians during lounge area treatments
- Providing contactless services in the steam room, including air wrapping and aromatherapy, after receiving proper training
- Learning other spa services (except those requiring a special license in Ontario) after receiving proper training and optionally providing them to clients.

As a Spa Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our spa. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment, assisting clients with their needs, and supporting other staff members in providing exceptional service.
