We are seeking a customer service and detail-oriented person who wants to further their career in the Transportation industry to join our team at our NE Calgary office.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED for this position:

- Be fluent in ENGLISH
- Have a least 2 years industry experience
- Experience with Canada & USA Customs
- Be able to handle all operations and communication with customers and vendors.
- Be able to work in a team setting as well as independently, with little supervision.
- Experience with “LOADLINK” or DAT

Responsibilities (Truck Broker - Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator):

- Manage current customers while developing relationships in order to grow customer base.
- Book transportation loads with customers and sell transportation loads to our partner Carriers.
- Create Load Confirmations and ensure smooth flow until load is delivered.
- Tracking and Tracing
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Responsible for creating shipping and dispatch records.
