We have an opportunity for 2 Production Supervisors to join our staff to meet the demands of our growing business.

**About You**: If you're the right person for this job, then you are very familiar with a manufacturing environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. You work well within a team and are an effective and proficient communicator. You have an extensive supervisory background and solid mechanical skills and abilities. You are self-motivated, a fast learner, responsible and reliable. You are looking for long-term, full-time employment.

**Hours**:
Day Shift Supervisor - 5:45am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday Evening Shift Supervisor - 4:30 pm to 3:00am Monday to Thursday.
Overtime on Fridays as required. May be required to rotate shifts for relief.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Job Duties**:

- Directly supervising production and warehouse activities and personnel
- Plan and coordinate shift operations based on the production schedule and ensure maximum and efficient use of manpower and machinery. Strong communication between management, production workers and other supervisors is critical.
- Monitor and address any Health and Safety concerns on the shift.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving to ensure product is stored correctly.
- Supervise and monitor production staff to ensure quality levels are completed and maintain a high standard.
- Prepare and complete all production reports and records as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 3 Years supervisory experience in production environment
- Knowledge and experience in GMP
- Possess strong analytical, prioritization, problem solving and leadership skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must live in the Fraser Valley / Lower Mainland / Vancouver area

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
