We are seeking a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Five Forks Bar & Grill Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food service department.

Job Description:

This role requires a strong leader who can manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food products.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff in food preparation and portioning, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and ensure they have the necessary knowledge to perform their roles effectively.

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.

  • Hire, train, and develop food service staff to meet the needs of our establishment.

  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.

  • Prepare and submit reports on key performance indicators, including food costs, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

  • Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Food Service Supervisor or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

  • Language:

  • Fluent English language skills.

  • Work Setting:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
