**Leadership Accountabilities**

Achievement of UWW’s vision, strategic directions and annual goals requires the President and CEO to work in partnership with the Board of Trustees, senior leadership team, volunteers, and partners from all sectors. The President and CEO is the leader of the United Way of Winnipeg and is accountable for its performance. The key accountabilities are:

- Board of Trustees Support
- Strategic and Operational Planning
- Stakeholder Relationships and Engagement
- Organizational, Operational and People Leadership

**Education, Experience and Competency Requirements**

The kind of experience that will be considered an asset:

- Working with volunteers to achieve organizational goals
- Development and stewardship of exemplary donor/customer relations
- Development and execution of fundraising/revenue strategies
