Our business is making friends Here at Sentineal Carriages we provide guided tours to guests from all over the world. We work with wonderful horses to explore the rich history, majestic homes and peaceful scenery the way it was intended by horse drawn carriage. We operate from beside the Prince of Wales Hotel in Niagara on the Lake. We are looking for people who are interested in becoming Ground Managers and Foot People.

What a Ground Manager does:

- Answers questions from guests about the tours, our availability, the town and the horses
- Responsible for scheduling and organizing tours
- Taking payment for tours via Square and cash
- Be able to troubleshoot Square and know how to use alternative forms of payment
- Record what time the people paid, what time they are going on tour and what driver they are going with
- Able to schedule 1-6 carriages at a time
- Able to work when it is fast paced

What a Foot Person does:

- Offer the horse water as soon as they come back from their tour
- Know how much water 1-6 horses has drank and keep track and convey information to the drivers
- Empty horse diaper bags as needed
- Hold horses for drivers when needed
- Talk to customers and answer questions about the tours, our availability, the town and the horses
- Work with the ground manager by knowing when the next available tour is and be able to direct customers to the manager for payments and bookings

What we are looking for:
Someone who loves horses and understands working with them
Someone who is friendly and able to work independently but part of our team
Someone who is able to work on weekends and holidays as they are our busiest days
Able to be organized, think quickly and occasionally deal with difficult customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 30 per week
