**Job description**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Onboarding_
- Review subscription documents for accuracy & completeness;
- Communicate with prospective investors for subscription document revisions;
- Knowledge of AML/KYC procedures;
- Ability to manage a fund close with support.
- Communication_
- Maintain contact and investor data for numerous clients in CRM;
- Manage investor notification process including capital calls and distributions;
- Maintain organized lists of investor requests;
- Respond to investor related issues and questions.
- Organization/Database Management_
- Manage and reconcile outstanding communications, documents, capital contributions and distributions;
- Filing & organization of various plan/fund documents and projects;
- Ability to work within audit approved procedures.
- Maintenance of investor portal_
- Disseminate welcome letters to new contacts;
- Maintain previsioning of all contacts;
- Posting documents to the investor portal;
- Become system expert in order to liaise between clients and vendor;
- Investor portal demos for potential clients;
- Training new staff as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Skills / experience required**:

- 3+ years’ experience Investor services or related field (financial services / fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management, or securities analysis);
- Strong Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for US and Cayman;
- Strong Excel and data analytical skills;
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Strong written and verbal communications skills;
- Highly motivated with ability to multitask;
- Solid client relationship management skills.
