Property Manager will be tasked with day-to-day operations of a mid-sized property holding company, which includes an industrial building, small office building and neighbouring residences. The building also has a large solar panel array. The position will include following a maintenance schedule, coordinating and working towards a continual improvement plan, and dealing with up to 20 tenants, both commercial and residential. This is a real hands on position Examples of work include, painting, cleaning, running forklift, plumbing, simple electrical, carpentry, masonry, etc. We are looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades, someone who loves problem solving and understands building science.

Superintendent must live or be willing to move to Meaford, as there may be after hours responsibilities on occasion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
