The Department of Health is seeking an individual to join the Innovation and eHealth Branch as the Community eHealth Program Operations Manager. You will be responsible for managing the ongoing day-to-day operations of the eConsult/eReferral (Pilot) programs.

**_ As the Community eHealth Program Manager, you will:_**
- Ensure continued collaboration and communication with clinical stakeholders in support of eConsult/eReferral program operations, including facilitation of engagement sessions to increase uptake of eConsult/eReferral services;
- Contribute to recruitment and retention initiatives related to onboarding clinicians in support of eConsult/eReferral;
- Support various activities related to the operational evaluation of the eReferral program during the 'pilot' phase (obtaining operational Key Performance Indicators, general feedback from clinical end users, etc);
- Provide oversight regarding standard operating procedures required to support the ongoing operations of the eConsult and eReferral programs, working with internal and external clinical stakeholders to ensure standard operating procedures are in alignment with clinical best practice and standards;
- Support the development of training strategies and related business content required for continued stakeholder education and awareness as it relates to eConsult/eReferral services;
- Support collaboration efforts with other partners and/or jurisdictions as it relates to the expansion of New Brunswick's eConsult and eReferral (Pilot) programs.

**_ Essential Qualifications:_**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Health Sciences or a related discipline.
- 5 years of recent experience working in a healthcare/clinical setting.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
