Managing every aspect of the internal Student Experience programming and event life cycle; including conceptualizing ideas (i.e. proposing innovative event concepts and building proposal deck), planning budgets, booking venues, developing workshops, liaising with stakeholders and participants, managing logistics, and assessing event success.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders (e.g. interns, vendors, caterers, etc.).
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
- Monitors and tracks program performance, and addresses any issues.
- Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborates with internal & external stakeholders in the design, development and implementation of programming and events.
- Provides input the planning & implementation of talent acquisition programs/solutions and executes within required service level agreements and standards.
- Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Focus is primarily on internal co-op/internship programming.
- Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
- Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Salary**:
$54,500.00 - $101,500.00

**Pay Type**:
Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
