**POSTITION OVERVIEW**:
Your role as a marketing manager requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing principles and practices. By effectively collaborating with executive leadership in driving 3MotionAI's growth and success.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**:

- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for the company. This involves understanding the company's goals and target market, conducting market research, and identifying key marketing opportunities.
- **Budget Management**: Managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve the best possible ROI
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Implement methods to track the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Analyze data and metrics to provide regular reports to leadership, demonstrating the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggesting areas for improvement.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in marketing activities and support the overall business objectives.
- **Market Trends and Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in the market. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may impact the marketing strategy.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Protect and enhance the company's brand reputation.
- **Innovation and Experimentation**: Encourage and lead innovative marketing approaches, including the exploration of new technologies, creative strategies, and growth hacking techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, preferably in progressively responsible roles, to demonstrate a track record of success.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
- Strong market analysis skills to identify opportunities, assess competition, and anticipate industry trends.
- Experience in brand development and maintenance, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to enforce them.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders, customers, and team members.
- Strong project management skills to plan and execute marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
