Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM), Financial Services & Senior Financial Officer (SFO), this position provides advice, assistance and support to the ADM in the ongoing strategic and administrative management of the division.
- **Strategic and Administrative Advisory**:Analyze issues, consider broader implications and provide expert advice, assistance, and strategic support to Executive Leadership Team in the administrative management of the division.
- **Information Coordination**:Ensure the seamless flow of information between the Assistant Deputy Minister's office, division, department, external stakeholders, and Ministerial offices.
- **Relationship Development & Stakeholder Collaboration**:Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships across government and industry to enhance knowledge networks. Engage with stakeholders, including cross-divisional Executive Advisors, to foster collaboration and synergy
- **Issue Analysis and Advisory**:Assess and prioritize issues, conduct thorough research, coordinate information, and facilitate strategic actions. He or she will be resposibile for delivering comprehensive and accurate advice on existing and emerging issues.
- **Project Oversight**:Oversee information management and organizational changes, while strategically aligning resources to ensure timely and accurate project delivery and advisory.
- **Innovative Problem-Solving**:Introduce and embrace new ideas to address existing or emerging issues, often within constrained timelines.
