**Project Coordinator (Civil)**

**Location**:9094 Cavanagh Road (Ashton, Ontario)

**Project Coordinator** assists the Project Team with the overall coordination, scheduling, and execution of all projects as required.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support Project Manager by helping with construction project planning, including organizing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulations.
- Assist in procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services. Facilitate the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving any procurement-related issues.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, working closely with the Project Manager Keep track of costs, review invoices, and contribute to cost control efforts to ensure the project stays within budgetary constraints.
- Work as part of a construction team, adopting a cooperative environment to achieve project objectives. Communicate effectively with team members, share information, and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role
- Graduate from the CET Program or Civil Engineering Technology Diploma is required
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation is required
- Team player and willingness to learn new things
- Working experience Microsoft Office Suite Programs, such as Word and Excel are a required
- Open availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM
