**About the **R**ole**:
The Implementation Specialist role is a critical role to ensure the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients on to Thentia’s software. This is a client facing role requiring superb customer service skills, a positive energy, tenacity with solving problems, and truly caring about a client’s successful usage of the product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine the best configurations for the client’s business needs and long-term usage of the product
- Configure the product to meet the needs and requirements of the client
- Become proficient with the product and translate client requirements to capabilities of the product
- Assist clients with the preparation of their existing data for migration
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team and Training team to understand the client needs and requirements to ensure a timely and complete implementation process
- Provide regular status updates on implementation deliverables and milestones through defined processes with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Balance multiple concurrent projects within set workload expectations

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, college diploma in related field and/or equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum of software implementation, customer service and/or transferable experience
- 2 years experience working with database-driven workflow products
- Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration, clarity in communication, managing expectations, enthusiasm and friendliness
- Strong organization skills and superb capabilities with managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to ensure all parties are kept abreast of the implementation process (both internally and externally)
- Working knowledge of business productivity software
- Learner’s mindset with drive and ability to consistently improve knowledge and abilities

**Nice to Haves**:

- Customer Success and/or Project management experience
- Knowledge of professional licensing and/or regulation
