Process Control Manager- Automotive Plant

We are seeking a **Process Control Manager** to join our team at the CAMI Assembly plant. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vehicle quality and reliability for our customers. By leveraging PFMEA risk reduction tools and implementing process controls, you will ensure defects are minimized, resulting in safer and more dependable vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot build issues impacting **Safety**, **Direct Run Rate (DRR)**, **Direct Run Loss (DRL)**, and **uptime**.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams on **error-proofing** concepts, implementation, and validation (UAT).
- Review warranty concerns and implement countermeasures.
- Update departmental documentation, including **Task Instruction Sheets (TIS)**, **check sheets**, and the **Error Proofing Annunciation (EPA) list**.
- Conduct risk reduction activities utilizing PFMEAs and maintain the **PFMEA database**.
- Respond to **Global Customer Audit (GCA)** calls and implement appropriate measures.
- Attend quarterly **5F meetings** and present in quality report-outs.
- Oversee **Built-In Quality (BIQ)** basketweave implementation.
- Implement and sustain all **PCP** and **T&E Bulletin** requirements.
- Prepare **Level 2 Quality BPD** reports.
- Develop and manage team leader quality checks (**COSKs**).
- Establish and manage containment activities.
- Evaluate risks associated with the **Plant Floor Change Management (PFCM)** process.

**Qualifications**
- **University Degree** or equivalent education.
- **1 to 3 years** of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong **problem-solving skills** with a proactive approach.
- Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills.
- Strong **time management** and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a **team-oriented** environment with mínimal supervision.

Pay: From $101,000.00 per year
