**JLL is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Financial Analyst. **The role entails development of financial models, sales analysis, performance measurement, pricing strategy and strong partnership with the business.**

**PURPOSE**:

- Deliver accurate, competitive, timely financial deliverables to support specific Commercial and Solutions Team client pursuits as well as internal decision making
- Use financial modeling, pricing processes and data analysis to derive financial targets for new and transitional operations
- Create reports & models to support financial strategies

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial reports & commercials models to increase accuracy, reduce risk and improve efficiency of the firm’s budgeting capability
- Maintain and improve existing documents, such as financial models, process templates, guidelines and reports; learn, use, contribute to and expand upon the existing proformas models (profitability model) and cash flow models
- Collaborate with global teams to pull together financial analyses for client presentations
- Collect and manage data for internal reports and presentations; analyze, interpret, and visualize financial & operational data with reports and dashboards
- Partner with Accounting & Corporate Finance to create proforma budgets and forecasts across all locations
- Collaborate with members across the global team on business process improvement projects
- Support with administrative duties and requests

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Strong financial/analytical skills and ability to think strategically and analytically
- Advanced proficiency using Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Can work easily with and communicate to a variety of personality types
- Able to prioritize and reprioritize on a daily basis; able to request help where needed and communicate prioritization challenges without haste
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Independent worker with a team player attitude
- Flexible; enjoy working with teammates in multiple time zones, from different cultures and with an variety personalities
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on resourcefulness
- Creative thinker and self-starter, with the personal focus, energy and leadership ability to drive projects forward
- Accurate and thorough with a strong attention to detail
- Able to travel occasionally
- English - fluent (verbal and in writing)

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or Accounting preferred; and/or a Bachelor’s degree that emphasizes critical thinking
- 3 - 5 years of relevant Finance, Real Estate, Consulting or other business experience
