Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Professional writing such as cover letters, submissions and storylines of customer scenarios,
- Learn procedures and documentation requirements for various case types,
- Focus on high accuracy and on-time submission when working on customer case files,
- Follow up promptly with the clients for any pending replies or documents from their end,
- Manage work load as per strict deadlines,
- Answering all client inquiries in a timely manner.

**Experience**:

- proficient in Chinese and English
- Previous experience working in a similar role is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively to individuals or groups
- Knowledge of records management systems and best practices
- Familiarity with Windows operating system
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with project management is a plus

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
