We are looking for a Case Worker to help our clients and team of professionals by managing their case load and managing paperwork to ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner, and that the client is satisfied with the services provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research on immigration laws and regulations
- Write and negotiate legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Prepare legal briefs and memoranda
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies
- MUST HAVE experience handling LMIAs
- MUST HAVE experience handling Start-Up Visa
- work with mínimal/No supervision
- Be able to prepare a file from A to Z
- Excellent communication skills
- MUST have prior immigration experience (at least 2 years)

- Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and legal drafting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate of Standing (preferred)
