**Customer Service Coordinator**

The Classic Landscapes Family of Companies requires a new Retail Garden Centre Manager. This position will be responsible for the daily operations and profitability of the establishment according to set goals and business objectives. Daily operations will include staff management, scheduling and supervision, customer satisfaction, product presentation, inventory management, and carrying out seasonal changes and promotional activities.

**Job Duties**
- Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
- Interact with everyone in a manner that models exemplary conduct to other staff.
- Motivate, inspire, and facilitate feedback to and from employees.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures.
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee the interview, hiring and training of employees.
- Coordinate the activities of customer service and resource desks, cashier and floor sales staff, incoming and outgoing phone calls, product warranty and freshness, seasonal merchandising, etc.
- Provide leadership and support for your team to achieve top performance.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive retail management experience with preference given to previous garden centre work.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and/or reasoning.
- Ability to set expectations and monitor progress of all direct reports.
- Ability to prioritize and set action plans to achieve business targets.
- Sound leadership, staff management, and team building skills.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
