About Us: JT All Season Motorsports is a dynamic and thriving BRP dealership specializing in Ski-Doos, Can-Ams, and Sea-Doos. As a key player in the powersports industry, we are dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance & Insurance Specialist to join our team.
- Work closely with customers to explain financing options and secure competitive interest rates for new powersports purchases.
- Present and sell insurance products, including extended warranties and protection plans.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to financing and insurance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners to secure favorable terms for customers.
- Work with the sales team to streamline the financing process and enhance the overall customer experience. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any financing-related issues.Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Finance & Insurance within the automotive or powersports industry is preferred
- Familiarity with BRP products, including Ski-Doos, Can-Ams, and Sea-Doos, is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with finance and insurance software.Benefits:

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
