**Marketing Coordinator**

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing designs and manufactures specialized heavy equipment attachments for the construction, forestry, mining, scrap recycling, road maintenance** **and resource industries throughout Canada, the USA and internationally. Weldco prides itself on providing a great employee experience where safety is a way of life. Weldco-Beales is currently recruiting a Marketing Coordinator for the Edmonton team. This position will report to the President.

**What you will do**:

- Managing and optimizing our presence on various Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business).
- Collaborating with Sales and Product Managers to utilize sales data, market trends, and customer insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Creating compelling marketing literature, including brochures and product guides.
- Overseeing Weldco's website content to ensure it is current, informative, and engaging.
- Planning and executing customer events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Nurturing relationships with industry influencers, associations, and publications.
- Effectively communicating operational updates, new products, and events to employees.
- Contributing to the expansion of Weldco's brand presence through innovative strategies.
- Monitoring and managing the department budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Respond to after-hours customer inquiries from time to time.

**Your qualifications**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business with a focus on Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in related marketing roles.
- Graphic Design background is considered an asset.

- Proven success in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.

This position requires approximately 25% travel to our other branches in Langley BC, Fort McKay AB, and Barrie ON.
