**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education (Grade 10 or better)
- Related job experience with relevant maintenance courses or credentials will be considered
- Must be in good physical condition. Physical demands of the job include walking, bending, lifting, reaching, carrying, crawling, etc.
- Proficient computer skills for accessing of information, updating preventative maintenance program and/or equipment troubleshooting
- Experience operating riding lawnmowers, push mowers, gas powered trimmers an asset
- Must be able to work alone with good time management skills
- Demonstrated regular attendance at work

**CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT**
