**Kinetic Construction Ltd.** has an opportunity within our Vancouver branch for a **Pre-Construction Manager** to:

- Secure pre-construction contracts with a strategy to achieve profit goals.
- The department inputs lead to profitable construction contracts aligned with original profit strategy.
- Project risks are identified with associated values/costs.
- Best practices are implemented and utilized across all estimating teams to eliminate errors.
- The proficiency of the estimating teams constantly improves in measurable ways.

**The salary band for this position is $131,611 - $197,416 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.**

**Qualifications**
- Construction Management Diploma, Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture, or direct experience equivalent
- In depth knowledge of Construction Industry technology, practices, policies, and legislation
- 5+ years working directly within a Senior Management position

**Position Specifications**
- Prior experience in the ICI Construction Industry is considered an asset
- Experience with company policy review, creation, and implementation
- Strong communicator, relationship builder and business partner
- Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and facilitator skills
- Be adaptable and open to change. This includes being receptive to new ideas, adjusting strategies when necessary, and leading teams through transitions effectively
- Inspire and motivate the team, set clear expectations, provide guidance, and empower individuals to reach their full potential. Lead by example and foster a positive work culture

Ability to effectively delegate to allow to focus on strategic activities and to empower the team members by giving them opportunities to develop new skills
