Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Barista passionné et dévoué pour se joindre à notre équipe. En tant que barista, vous serez responsable de la préparation de boissons de haute qualité, de la demande de latte art et de 3 ans d'expérience dans la fourniture d'un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et la création d'une atmosphère accueillante pour nos clients. Votre rôle impliquera de travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide tout en maintenant les normes les plus élevées en matière de sécurité alimentaire et de propreté.

Devoirs
Préparer et servir une variété de boissons au café et au thé selon des recettes standard.
Utiliser l'équipement de préparation du café et maintenir la propreté de la zone de travail.
Assurez-vous que tous les aliments et les boissons sont préparés conformément aux règles de santé et de sécurité.
Gérez les transactions en espèces avec précision à l'aide du système de point de vente tout en offrant un excellent service client.
Aider les clients avec leurs commandes, en leur proposant des recommandations et en répondant à toutes les questions concernant les éléments du menu.
Maintenir les niveaux de stock en réapprovisionnant les fournitures au besoin et en signalant toute pénurie à la direction.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour assurer un service efficace aux heures de pointe.
Maintenez une ambiance positive et amicale qui encourage la fidélité des clients.

Compétences
Solides compétences en gestion du temps pour gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches dans un environnement occupé.
Compétences de base en mathématiques pour une gestion précise des espèces et le traitement des commandes.
Une expérience antérieure en caisse est préférable, ainsi qu'une connaissance des systèmes de point de vente.
Connaissance des pratiques de restauration, y compris les techniques de manipulation et de préparation des aliments.
Excellentes compétences en service à la clientèle, avec la capacité d'interagir positivement avec les clients.
L'expérience dans l'industrie alimentaire est avantageuse mais pas obligatoire ; la volonté d'apprendre est essentielle.
Capacité de travailler en collaboration au sein d'une équipe tout en étant motivé.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, request latte art and 3 years experience providing exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with their orders, offering recommendations and answering any questions regarding menu items.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and communicating any shortages to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Uphold a positive and friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business.

**Skills**
- 3 years barista experience
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Latte art
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Previous cashiering experience is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems.
- Knowledge of food service practices, including food handling and preparation techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Experience in the food industry is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
