**Overview**:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a company who is a provider of banking and financial services. The company operates through two divisions, Retail Banking and Services, and Corporate and Institutional Banking
- The Team will have focal attention of the Regional Management and its success is crucial for the Business.

**Reporting Line**
- The APS Analyst will report to the Head of BP2S APS

**Position Summary**:

- Diagnosing and resolving incidents
- Answering user requests
- Monitoring production environments
- Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones
- This position implies On Call Duties, to cover for eventual incident that may occur during the weekends, bank holidays as a level 2 for other locations.

**Technical knowledge required**:

- Expertise in SQL language (Sybase T-SQL required, Oracle PL/SQL is a plus) and DBMS concepts (Sybase Replication Server would be a plus)
- Previous experience working in Unix environments and shell scripting
- Knowledge of programming languages (C, C++, C,.Net, VBA, APS.Net, Java, 4D) is a plus
- Proficiency in creating Excel Macros is a plus
- Experience with Autosys, Control M, ETL tool (Datastage WX) as well as file transfer tools (CFTO is a plus)
- perspective as well than a strong aptitude for automation.

**Personal attributes**
- Knowledge and experience of Investment service industry
- Good knowledge on Mutual funds Administration
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis in a large and complex/diverse environment, including relevant qualifications or experience, would be an advantage
- Knowledge on Performance Breakdown and Attribution calculation would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Client focused
- Attention to details
- High energy level coupled with a desire to take on responsibility
- Able to multi-task

**Required Education or Equivalent Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Good French verbal communication skills are a plus, fluent English communication is a must
