Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This is a physically demanding position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Operate clamp trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and cranes to move and stack products
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate products
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counting and stock replenishment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Skills**:

- Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in operating clamp trucks, forklifts, order pickers, and cranes
- Mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment as needed
- Ability to use warehouse management systems to track inventory and fulfill orders
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing of customer orders
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes is a plus

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
