**Votre fonction**:
Sous la responsabilité du Gestionnaire des contrôles et processus financiers, le (la) titulaire est responsable du suivi et de l’enregistrement des informations relatives aux prix de liste et aux ententes de base fournisseur, incluant la synergie, et de s’assurer de leur intégralité et leur exactitude. De plus, il (elle) participe à des projets de développement de méthodologie et d’outils informatiques découlant de l’implantation de la nouvelle équipe Swat et des nouveaux processus.

RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES:

- Effectue l’extraction et l’analyse adéquate des ententes de base des fournisseurs pour le transfert aux Centrales pour la préparation des négociations avec les fournisseurs
- Analyse et effectue l’entrée des ententes de base dans AS400, incluant la synergie et les termes de paiement, négociés entre les Centrales d’achat et les fournisseurs
- Effectue les traitements (calcul et facturation) de fin de période des ententes de base à budget ou pour les fournisseurs drop et direct
- Participe à l’analyse et la validation des ententes de base pour le renouvellement annuel
- Assurer le lien avec le département des comptes payer pour le traitement des ententes des fournisseurs drop dans AS400 Finances
- Analyse et effectue les modifications de factures internes
- Enregistrement des conditions de majoration (marque privée)
- Responsable de la comptabilisation des revenus fournisseurs avec exactitude, intégrité et au moment approprié.
- Discute avec les différentes intervenants (internes et externes), s'il y a lieu, afin de résoudre des problématiques.
- Supporte les Centrales d’achat (méthodologies, structure de prix, processus) en lien avec leurs négociations des ententes de base avec les fournisseurs.
- Participe à la mise en place des contrôles des revenus découlant des ententes de base, incluant la synergie, pour une récupération optimale et intégrale des revenus.
- Participe à la mise en place de nouvelles procédures, développe des contrôles et des indicateurs de performance nécessaires
- Participe au développement et la mise à jour des rapports de gestion, d'analyse et de contrôle pour le suivi des revenus fournisseurs pour la direction.
- Participe au développement des divers outils informatiques nécessaires au fonctionnement efficace des activités reliés aux prix et aux ententes de base
- Assure une liaison continue et efficace pour les activités en lien avec les autres services, tel que centrales d'achat, comptabilité, finances, mise en marché, approvisionnement et cycle de vie.
- Assume toutes autres responsabilités ou tâches connexes

**Votre profil**:
CRITÈRES D'ADMISSIBILITÉ:

- Détenir un baccalauréat en comptabilité
- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Excellente maitrise du logiciel Excel
- Maitrise des autres logiciels de la suite MS Office
- Excellente connaissance de AS400
- Bonne connaissance de SAP
- Bilinguisme essentiel (français et anglais, parlé et écrit)
