K.K. Penner Tire Centers has three Manitoba locations as well as one Dryden, Ontario location. Manitoba Tire Centers include Brandon, Neepawa and Blumenort which serves Winnipeg customers as well as the local trading area of southeastern Manitoba.

With a large inventory of new tires, as well as a large number of used tires, K.K. Penner Tire Centers thrive on providing its customers with quality tire products that not everyone carries. K.K. Penner Tire Centers offers a complete line of passenger, truck, farm, earthmover, off-road, skidder and ATV tires. Also stocked are retreaded tires, rims and tubes, as well as a huge selection of used loader/skidder and truck tires.

**Responsibilities**:
Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right tires for their vehicles.
- provide information on various tire options, including brands, sizes, and performance characteristics.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.

Sales
- Utilize strong closing skills to finalize transactions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the latest and most suitable options to customers.
- Recommend additional products or services.
- Implement a proactive follow-up strategy to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of different tire brands and models.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical aspects to customers.
- Provide advice on tire maintenance and safety practices

Order Processing
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the service department to schedule tire installations.

Documentation
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in tire sales or automotive retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of various tire brands, sizes, and specifications.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and tire maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
