**This position is a fully remote position within Ontario for a 12 month fixed term contract.**

**About the role**:
**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Define media strategies, techniques, and practices to support and optimize the delivery of successful campaigns for our clients aimed at building brand awareness and market share.
- Create and manage PPC marketing campaigns in Google AdWords, BingAds, Facebook Ads for multiple client accounts in different industries.
- Creation and maintenance of paid search, display, and paid social campaigns, with a focus on increasing ROI for clients to help them meet their goals;
- Map and manage content calendar for all digital platforms.
- You will conduct keyword research to target customers within the client market.
- You will establish and monitor key metrics, such as engagement rates, lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and continually improve results.
- Deliver media reporting, data harmonization and analysis, and the ability to develop meaningful, data-driven insights and tactics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with the account lead to ensure PPC strategies align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets which will require developing budget management protocols and forecasts.
- Help evolve media practices by staying on top of new technologies and platforms and testing new ideas on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with the web design team to improve content, copy, UX/UI, and other components to increase website traffic, engagement, and minimize bounce rate.
- Support on SEO tactics when needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A demonstrated understanding of core campaign management tools and the ability to navigate and leverage those tools to the fullest of their ability.
- Deep working knowledge of digital media execution and measurement platforms, including (but not limited to) Google products (GA4, Google Ads, Google Data Studio), FB Ads/Audience Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and analytics.
- Working knowledge of digital and social media marketing tools such as Meltwater, Google Ads, and other automation platforms. Certifications in Google Ads and Analytics is preferred.
- Ability to analyze data into actionable insights.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and an ability to come up with unique solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work with strict deadlines.
