**Production Coordinator**

Located in Cochrane, Alberta, Canada, we perform work around the world, in major forage exporting to installing and maintaining equipment in Australia, Europe, Africa, South America and the United States. At Hunterwood you will work in a dynamic team-based environment where safety and reliability are critical.

**Job Summary**:
As Production Coordinator you are responsible for the release of Press project documents including the management of press documentation.

Special designation: SAP Master User

SAP Master users are required to provide training on an as need basis to employees of Hunterwood.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage SAP production modules.
- Maintain press project documentation files and folders.
- Manage and execute the release of bill of materials for procurement.
- Maintain Production Chart (Design Tree) and flag anomalies for resolution.
- Manage, process, and track Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in an expediated manner.
- Close, manage, track, and archive project binders/documents in SAP upon completion of project build.
- Work with the warehouse to resolve inventory discrepancies from production as required.
- Maintain project documentation for reporting and analytical purposes.
- Identify, define, and implement process improvements within your responsible areas.
- Maintain positive working relationships across departments to ensure all project deliverables are met.
- Provide SAP Training as required.
- Support service and maintenance projects as required.
- Commit to plant safety procedures.
- Adhere to schedules and timelines
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education & Experience**:

- Diploma or degree in Project Management preffered
- Strong SAP Knowledge
- Proficient with Microsoft office
- Proficient Customer Service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
