**Job Descriptions**:
Summer International trips are interesting, challenging and rewarding. We are looking for those who have a deep love for Musical Theater, are willing to share their knowledge with immature and professional learners, are interested in cultural exchange experience and are open-minded and excited to learn about a new culture and meet new people. Job duty include:
- Create and execute age-appropriate educational program lesson plans for interactive performance arts classes.
- Support in leading and directing a cabaret-style showcase to showcase student performances at the end of each program.
- Adjust their approach flexibly to ensure all students are benefiting from their classes.
- Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with parents and Haois management.
- A team player also performed well working independently
- Able to facilitate and support after-class activities.
**Qualification**:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in an in-person setting.
- Demonstrated experience in **vocal music**, as well as acting/basic dance.
- A sense of leadership and ownership over all lessons and programming.
- Post-secondary education in music, theatre, dance, education, or arts (position opens for currently enrolled students and suitable for internship opportunities)
- English speakers
- Kind, feel comfortable around children and young adults
- Fast learner who has an enthusiasm for exploring a different culture

**Salary and Benefits**:
- Round trip flight from Toronto to Shanghai, China

- Honorarium: CAN 1,000 dollars per 4 weeks.
