**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is consistently delivered.
- Troubleshoot sales and return issues and handle escalated customer concerns.

**Sales Floor Supervision**
- Support floor staff in sales, assign tasks, and provide feedback.
- Monitor staff professionalism and maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong sales and customer service techniques

**Team Leadership & Sales Management**
- Provide ongoing coaching to team members, identifying training opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and support staff in achieving targets.
- Communicate product needs or trends to management for future stock considerations.

**Store Appearance**
- Assist with merchandising new products and updating window displays.
- Ensure the store maintains a neat and organised appearance, adhering to brand-specific guidelines.

**New Hire Onboarding**
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires using the "Supervisor’s Training Guide."
- Monitor trainee progress through Mock Customer Journey Exams.
- Provide training on product knowledge, store policies, and customer service standards.

**Inventory Management**
- Oversee a designated inventory category (e.g., socks, insoles, accessories).
- Initiate fill-in orders proactively to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate bookings and ensure accurate, timely placement before deadlines.
- Regularly restock, organise, and merchandise products according to size and display guidelines.

**Store Operations**
- Ensure timely and proper store opening and closing procedures.
- Support administrative tasks, web orders, and warehouse management during non-peak times.

**Role Expectations**:

- **Work Hours**: 40 hours per week.
- **Scheduling**: Availability for holidays and weekends is required (at least one weekend day).
- **Time Off**: Must follow store policy for time-off requests, especially during key "Black Out Periods."

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Experience in inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for active lifestyles and knowledge of footwear is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS and store systems preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology or related field is an asset but not required.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
