As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Sales Assistant to contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
- Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Process payments and complete sales transactions.
- Ensure that the store is clean and organized.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and displays.
- Help warehouse to dispatch parts and equipments

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
