We are looking for an inspiring individual who is a strategic out-thinker to lead our Sales and Marketing efforts. Initially you will be implementing and developing the following:

- Develop sales plans and grow digital (D2C & D2B) platforms including, but not limited to, Faire, Amazon, Website;
- Maintain and update the website (shopify) in order to develop D2C & D2B sales;
- Develop D2B wholesale platform;
- Develop and build awareness and brand building campaigns, including influencer and ambassador campaigns.
- Continuously and pro-actively looking for new leads & new sources of leads
- Carry out in-depth analyses of marketing performance by examining lead origins, conversion rates, return on investment, and other key metrics, then present detailed reports
- Ensure appropriate management of leads and reports in CRM
- Ensure branding conformity across all platforms.
- Provide competitive intelligence support by analyzing competitors' marketing strategies, competitive information, market size, market opportunities. Both in digital retail and brick and mortar.
- Gather data of customer experiences and expectations

Experience and Education
- Relevant studies in marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience in traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing and sales.
- Precise focus on data analysis to strategically guide decisions and optimize performance
- Excel at project management
- Experience in budget management and forecasting
- Available to travel in North America.
