**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Sales Manager to join our team at Decor2go. As the Online Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and enhancing our customers' digital experience. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our ecommerce platform, ensuring its seamless operation and continuous growth. Additionally, you will oversee sales on Facebook, Instagram, and other marketplace platforms to maximize our reach and revenue potential.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute an effective ecommerce strategy aligned with decor2go's business goals and objectives. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.

2. Website Management: Oversee the management, maintenance, and optimization of the decor2go website and online store. Ensure the website is user-friendly, visually appealing, and up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and content.

3. Online Sales Optimization: Implement strategies and tactics to optimize online sales conversion rates. Conduct regular analysis of sales data and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable insights.

5. Social Media Sales: Manage sales on Facebook and Instagram platforms, including creating compelling product listings, engaging with customers, and driving sales through targeted campaigns and promotions.

6. Marketplace Sales: Oversee the sales process on Kijiji, including listing products, responding to inquiries, and coordinating transactions. Continuously optimize Kijiji listings and strategies to increase sales and reach new customers.

7. Customer Experience: Continuously enhance the online shopping experience for customers. Implement best practices for website navigation, product information, search functionality, and checkout process to improve customer satisfaction and reduce cart abandonment rates.

8. Inventory and Order Management: Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product inventory information. Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer orders.

9. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools and platforms to monitor website performance, sales metrics, customer behavior, and overall ecommerce KPIs. Generate regular reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.

10. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of ecommerce professionals, including developers, designers, and content creators. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
- In-depth knowledge of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and online marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and techniques to track and measure website performance.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing principles.
- Experience with inventory and order management systems.
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram business platforms for sales management.
- Knowledge of Kijiji or similar classified advertisement platforms for sales management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

**Salary**: $14.00-$17.00 per hour
