In your role, you will:
**Internal Audit**
- Support audit projects (financial, operational and information technology) based on a risk assessment;
- Participate in all phases of the audit;
- Help identify, prioritize and evaluate the major risks facing Bombardier;
- Appraise financials controls, reporting systems and compliance processes;
- Prepare audit reports that adequately communicate the findings of the audit;
- Perform follow-up reviews to validate that process improvement results have been achieved;
- Perform testing on the effectiveness of disclosure controls and procedures;
- Support data analytics and Power BI development roadmap;
- Maintain effective and value-added partnerships while maintaining audit independence and objectivity in all assignments;
- Collaborate with other members of the Internal Audit team and perform special projects as assigned by Internal Audit management.

**Controlling**
- Participate in monthly analysis for balance sheet accounts such as lease contracts, inventories and trade receivables;
- Collaborate with various teams in order to consolidate the information mentioned above;
- Participate to the preparation of the notes to Financial statements and to the review of the Management Discussion and Analysis report on a quarterly basis;
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly analysis required for month-end;
- Participate in the review of the statutory financial statements of various legal entities;
- Review the account reconciliations of the organization in order to assess their quality and provide feedback to the teams;
- Prepare and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) on controls and financial information reporting, and follow-up on the results;
- Provide support on internal controls and accounting policies questions of the finance teams, internal and external auditors and other team members of the company;
- Participate in the development of accounting policies and Company guidelines;
- Support the Record to Report system governance activities;
- Participate in the development and implementation of the team’s projects;
- Support Ad Hoc requests.

**Financial Planning & Analysis**
- Assume a junior analyst role by tracking cash inflows & outflows and in particular advances from our customers;
- Assist a team of financial analysts in charge of accounting for aircraft sales;
- Prepare key reports to be presented to high management on a weekly basis;
- Work closely with a team of contract managers in order to precisely forecast incoming funds from customers and identify associated risk and opportunities.

**Deal Management**
- Be responsible for an aircraft program and the entire sales process from a financial perspective - ordering, transaction profitability analysis, monitoring contract changes, final financial analysis and recording the sale;
- Carry out reconciliation of balance sheet accounts: detailed analyzes of income statements and detailed analyzes of cash generated by aircraft sales;
- Contribute to the five-year strategic plan, annual budget and periodic forecast process;
- Prepare various financial analyses to support the income and cash flow assumptions presented to senior management;
- Establish and maintain new metrics that will allow taking a better decisional position on the Deals analysis of business aircrafts;
- Check internal controls, identify risks and opportunities, propose recommendations and verify their implementation;
- Prepare and respond to requests for financial controls from internal and external colleagues (EY, Internal Audit);
- Revise the various contractual documents signed by Bombardier and ensure the correct financial impact of the order, the sales and transactional changes are reflected in the backlog.

**Cost Accounting Operations**
- Analyse raw material & work in progress inventory (WIP) for the Program;
- Analyse inventory provision (slow movement, excess & obsolete);
- Perform cycle count for the Montreal sites;
- Support leadership in their inventory governance;
- Optimise the theorical WIP based on the new assembly line;
- Coordonate the master data in SAP;
- Coordonate the different budget exercise for the total inventory;
- Support month-end and Controlling requirement.

**Cost Accounting Customer Experience**
- Produce various financial reports (headcount, overhead, maintenance program profitability);
- Analyze actual vs budget expenses variances of the Customer Experience Business Aircraft Group;
