**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing admissions process from the first query to enrolment agreement including domestic & international student in competitive programs.
- Regularly cold calling 80-100 leads and assisting the college in conversion of the leads into successful enrolments.
- Providing support and guidance to the applicants in terms of program outline, fees structure, student support services, financial assistance options and job assistance services.
- Communicating and Reporting to the Operations Manager about the leads generations, enrolment success rate, ad campaigns, social media responses, etc.
- Outreaching and building relationships with the organizations to bring leads and support students e.g., second career, skill development funds, new immigrants, OSAP, etc.
- Manage the proper checklist and database of potential admissions specifying the date, mode and number of follow ups for each and every potential lead.
- Track success of social media activities, provide essential data for the development of reports and recommendations.
- Brainstorm with internal key players to identify and determine marketing content including programs, workshops, events, students’ testimonials, activities and related communications materials
- Create content for the various digital media to provide regular updates on campus events, student testimonials and success stories
- Conceptualize, launch, and monitor various social media platform channels and blogs for students which will allow students to engage in a safe, respectful, and professional manner while allowing for healthy discussions forums.
- Attend campus or community events with student participation and create a library of photographs and videos for the college website, newsletter, and other social media posts.

**Requirements for the role**:

- 2-5 years of marketing, sales and cold - calling experience required
- Previous work experience in education/college industry preferred
- Degree/diploma in Business Administration or Marketing preferred
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 4L6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
