About Us: Our client is a Start-Up in Financial App. They are looking to bring in talent to introduce their financial services in Canada. As they continue to expand their offerings, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team.

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Representative focusing on Bank and Insurance Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by establishing and nurturing relationships with banks and insurance companies. Your primary responsibility will be to finalize
agreements with banks to onboard them onto our client's App, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential bank and insurance partners in the designated market area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within banks and insurance companies.
- Present our company's offerings and value proposition to potential partners, emphasizing the benefits of collaboration.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with banks and insurance companies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and onboarding processes for new partners.
- Provide ongoing support to partners, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a positive partnership experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) sales or partnership development.
- Experience working in the banking or insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach.Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
