At Printful, we strive for quality in all we do, and our **Facilities Team** plays an important part in achieving that goal. That’s why we’re looking for a motivated **Machine Maintenance Apprentice** to join our team. In this role, you’ll keep our production equipment operating at its best to prevent delays and maintain the level of efficiency our customers expect for every order.

**Your daily tasks will include**:

- Adjusting and improving production equipment settings (speed/quality) to ensure peak performance and mínimal damage rates
- Maintaining equipment with a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach to identify issues early, prevent equipment breakdowns, and avoid interruptions in production
- Scheduling equipment repairs and informing Area Supervisors and Production Managers if you notice any larger issues or patterns
- Cleaning all assigned equipment to maintain visual appearance
- Monitoring all spare parts and overall inventory levels and reordering needed items
- Following all technical manuals and maintenance guides and helping create standard operating procedures for using machinery and equipment
- Following a regularly updated maintenance schedule and keeping a maintenance log to document technical issues and work done
- Testing new machinery and equipment and helping train employees on their use
- Performing other duties as assigned

**What you’ll bring**:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift objects weighing 50 lb.
