Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Duties**:

- Assist with construction projects by carrying materials, operating tools, and performing general labor tasks
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris, setting up barricades, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to prepare for construction
- Assist with the installation of equipment or fixtures
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing structures or equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers to complete tasks efficiently and safely

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 - 60 per week
