, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Supervise construction crews and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
  • Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam and ProCore

Experience:

  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents
  • Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting processes
  • Proficiency in using construction management software
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail

Salary:
$22.00-$30.00 per hour
