**Position title**: Invoicing Technician

**Location**:Montreal (hybrid)

**Reports to**:Supervisor, Invoicing and Technical Support

The Financial Transaction Support group executes transactional processes for the Corporation’s pulp and paper mill sector, in the areas of sales accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Reporting to the Supervisor Invoicing, you will be responsible for the customer invoicing process.

**Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:

- Review and analyze invoicing transactions to ensure completeness, accuracy and consistency;
- Identify and Implement improvements to the invoicing and review process;
- Assist the Sales accounting team in review of month-end result and generate financial reports when needed;
- Execute month end activities;
- Develop, track and report on key performance indicators to ensure pulp & paper billing is timely.
- Support the invoicing agents;
- Ensure that invoicing is balanced for the following aspects: shipments, warehouses, mills;
- Participate in the Quarterly / Year-End audit requests.
- Perform some IT testing if needed.

**Professional Experience/Qualifications**:

- Certificate in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience in order to cash cycle is an asset;
- Good knowledge of SAP, JDE and BaaN is a strong asset;
- Overtime could be required in this position
- You must successfully complete a selection process that includes interviews,_ _aptitude tests (for some positions) and reference verification._
