The Supervisor, QA/QC will report to the Senior Manager - Maintenance and Reliability based in Redwater, AB.

This role is located at our Redwater, Alberta, Canada site and is not eligible for remote work.

**What you will do**:

- Own and be accountable for the Pressure Equipment Integrity Management System manual (PEIMS) for the Redwater site.(RNO)
- Collaborate with and maintain positive relationships with corporate Chief Inspector, metallurgist, and ABSA SCO
- Maintain strict adherence to Nutrien corporate and site standards for stationary equipment governance
- Assess the mechanical integrity and safety of fixed equipment and execute the inspection requirements for RNO through the direct oversight of Unit Inspectors
- Maintain and develop a competent unit inspection team through on the job training, coaching, mentoring and third party training and certification as required
- Ensure equipment inspections are completed, with a goal to achieve Zero overdue
- Lead operational risk reviews for inspection deferrals
- Lead the Piping RBI inspection program for the site
- Own and be responsible for the ABSA Electronic Summary Report for the site
- Initiate capital project replacements and support project development as required
- Determine inspection scope and coordinate and oversee inspection resources for plant maintenance, outages, and turnarounds
- Develop, maintain, and own department procedures, checklists, and work practice documents
- Report monthly and quarterly inspection key performance indicators and provide and implement corrective action plans, including NCR’s
- Coordinate Visions data entry and reporting requirements with the site Reliability Analyst - entering inspection reports, populating RBI data, updating equipment data and issuing reports

**What you will bring**:

- Technical Institute Diploma, or Journeyperson Trade Certificate in a related discipline
- API 510, API 570, ABSA In-Service Pressure Vessel and Piping Inspector Certification are required, API-653 certification would be an asset
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in a related field
- Knowledge of the Alberta Safety Codes Act and ABSA regulations as well as relevant ASME codes, API standards, and NDT inspection techniques pertaining to fixed equipment and piping
- Proficiency in SAP and Vision's
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
