Vos missions:

- Soutien administratif : Prendre en charge les tâches administratives quotidiennes pour assurer la fonctionnalité et la coordination des activités du département, y compris la gestion des commandes d’articles promotionnels.
- Responsable du service à la clientèle : Servir de point de contact pour les familles et les fournisseurs en ce qui concerne les inscriptions et répondre aux diverses questions liées à nos services tout en favorisant des relations de confiance.
- Coordination de projets : Assister la Gestionnaire marketing et communication dans l'organisation de divers projets, y compris les médias sociaux, les études de marché et les campagnes marketing.
- Soutien rédactionnel : Rédiger des documents divers touchant le département, assurant ainsi une communication claire et professionnelle.
- Soutien dans l'organisation d'évènements : Participer à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements promotionnels, ainsi que de campagnes traditionnelles ou numériques, afin d'en faciliter le succès.
- Gestion du système d’inscription : Assurer la gestion efficace du système d'inscription, en garantissant une expérience fluide pour les utilisateurs.

Votre profil:

- Diplôme en marketing et communication ou dans un domaine connexe
- Expérience préalable dans le support administratif
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et anglais
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels (PDF, Words, Outlook, Teams, Canva, un atout)
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les délais.
- Attitude proactive et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
