The NAPA team is growing again We are looking for an Operations Manager._**

**_ UAP offers a range variety of benefits such as a complete insurance plan upon hiring, a pension fund, and much more_**

**_ The stores to be covered will be in the greater Montreal area, North Shore, South Shore and part of the Mauricie region._**

Reporting to the General Operations Manager the incumbent is responsible for the organizational effectiveness of the District's stores (10-12 stores) in terms of meeting NAPA's customer service standards, achieving financial goals and supporting the District's sales development efforts. He/she supports and works collaboratively with store managers to ensure that operational improvement priorities are addressed.

**_ The District Stores Operations Manager is accountable with the Store Manager for:_**
- Achieving District targets re: Gross margins, FTE, customer service levels, as well as for Corporate Stores’ compliance with NAPA operational standards and procedures;
- Coordinating the implementation of strategies and tools for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of corporate stores;
- Supporting the District Manager with budgeting, performance monitoring and reporting functions.

**Qualifications**:
**_
To join our team, you need:_**
- College Degree, with a major in Business administration or equivalent;
- 3 to 5 years of experience as manager or assistant manager of store operations;
- Automotive aftermarket and parts supply background and/or knowledge;
- Strong computer literacy;
- Excellent communication and organization skills with a proven ability to mentor and lead a successful team;
- Bilingual in French and English.
