**Our Environment**:
The Richmond Hill facility maintains a 24-hour 7 days operation with continental shift rotational environment. Shifts are 12 hours, from 7am to 7:30pm (days) or 7:00pm to 7:30am (nights). We maintain a 2-3 rotation.

**Position Summary**:
The Process Operator is responsible for overseeing the processing from pre-weighing to filling. This role will be responsible for operating and ensuring appropriate cleaning and sanitizing of all processing equipment and associated work area. The Process Operator will maintain and document process parameters on various equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follows all safety policies (such as LOTO, Safe Knife Handling, Safe Lifting Technics Safe Chemical Handling, Emergency Response Procedure, Fire Drills) and participate in safety training programs to promote a safety-first culture.
- Following all quality, GMP, and PPE policies & procedures (safe material handling, lot traceability, etc.)
- Setting up and keeping line equipment running efficiently and proactively reporting any defects found to production leadhand and/or supervisor
- Maintaining clean, sanitized work area
- Monitor and document process parameters at various stages of process from cleaning, CIP, sterilization, production, and changeovers to ensure regulatory compliances.
- Conduct teardown and manual cleaning of equipment as required.
- Conduct analytical tests relevant to process/CIP parameters verification including Titration, pH measurement.
- Report any Process, CIP deviations immediately to Production Lead hand/Supervisor and document detailed corrective action.
- Perform and maintain consistently high level of Record keeping practices including circular chart replacement, legal CCP, CIP and process forms recording and handling of relevant documents and forms, continues and legible record of critical parameters. To ensure compliance with regulatory and plant requirements
- Monitor integrity and functionality of the entire process equipment and report any process abnormality, equipment defects, leakage with the system, unlocking of PLC, JUMO Records and broken physical seals to Production Lead hand/Supervisor.
- Communicate effectively within the operation team and cross functional departments including maintenance and QA to ensure smooth production run, compliance with FSQ and helping with potential root cause analyses and troubleshooting investigation.
- Perform good house keeping practices including keep working station clean and organized, ensure all forms and document are available, filled out forms and documents have been submitted properly, all recorder supplies (Paper chart, Chart pens, Chart arms, titration chemicals, CIP, COP chemicals are available and report any shortages to Production Lead hand/Supervisor.
- Monitor Neutralization system as per Plant SOP and report, record any abnormality, none compliance to Production lead hand/ Supervisor
