**Position Summary**:Frequency Entertainment is looking for Part-time/Full Time Audio Visual technicians for events. In this position, you will be responsible for accurately setting up, taking down, operating, and handling of A/V equipment in various locations in the GTA. The primary focus would be on LED Panels, Moving Head Intelligent Lights, Special FX Cold Sparklers, Audio Systems and more. This job requires the technician to work independently and to be able to trouble-shoot and problem-solve potential equipment or software issues.

Training will be provided for Resolume, Novastar and Light Jockey, however general knowledge of Audio/Visual programs is required. Knowledge of any of these programs is an added asset. Basic Photoshop skills are preferred as well.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Set up, Takedown and the operation of audiovisual equipment including LED Panels/Lighting/Computers/Audio Systems/Special FXs
- Trouble-shoot and problem-solving equipment and software issues
- Responsible for proper security, storage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment
- Maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer service to clients, venue partners, and other vendors as needed
- Monitoring and managing a clean inventory room of cables and equipment
- Completing all required documentation and reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- This job requires irregular work hours and full availability on evenings and weekends is a must.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license is required, and access to a vehicle is necessary.
- Truck driving may be required for some positions (Full G License required).
- A Canadian High School Diploma is required. Post-secondary certification is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
