Newlook Eyewear is currently seeking a Sales Consultant in to work in a fast-paced retail optical with a dynamic team.- Must excel in customer service.
- Ability to work as a team player with limited supervision.
- Must be highly motivated with strong organisational skills with the ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Weekend work may be required.
- Ability to follow company procedures and policies.
- Training provided.
- Greeting customers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Make appointments, call backs and confirm appointment
- Perform preliminary eye exam tests
- Assist customers in the selection of frames and lenses under the supervision of the professional.
- Open and update files
- Daily close-out and cash deposits.
- Ensure the collection of fees and products sold
- Receiving and returning merchandise.
- Third party billing.
- All other duties as required
