Saskatoon Fire and Flood is growing and we need your help.

Our team manages many types of construction and mitigation projects (commerical, residential, institutional) while working with our own journeyperson carpenters, skilled, and unskilled labour alongside a large group of subtrades to handle a wide variety of scope. This role will focus on the area of your specialty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Onsite inspections and measurements, most time will be computer-based software data input and communications with external partners
- Collect the information from SFF projects and compile estimates and reports for insurance companies' property managers, private clients, etc
- Communicating with SFF Project managers and helping meet KPI within various systems
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project status - Monitor project opportunities in our market for future projects
- Participate in weekly and monthly production and process meetings with management - Collaborate with the procurement team to source materials and equipment needed for construction projects

Qualifications:

- Xactimate and XactAnalysis training (preferred)
- Proven experience as a construction, insurance, and/or restoration coordination
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, coordination, and construction processes
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills -Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
- Advanced computer an experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word - Criminal Record Check Required

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
